Hi Khaibawi
How are you going with your study? I hope it is going well.
I was wondering if you would be interested in participating in my research on the role of food in settlement for people from Burma? This is for my PhD and I am looking at the social and cultural role of food. What factors influence food choice and how it is connected to identity and culture? I’ve attached some information about it. It would involve doing a short interview (about 30 minutes), perhaps in my office after your classes one day? I am interviewing about 10 people from Burma who now live in Coffs Harbour and I’d appreciate your input.
Best regards
Mandy
