Job scope for General Clerk

Location: Kg Baru Subang
a) Stocks recording. Record the movement of stocks with Microsoft Excel system.

b) Delivery arrangement. Communicate and coordinate with our sales personal, transporter and client for the delivery time and receiving of goods.

c) 5 working days week.

Job scope for Sales Coordinator

• Location: P.J. SS4D, show room
• a) Assistance to sales personal
• b) Calculate floor plan and BQ. Prepare quotation and invoice.
• c) Communicate and Coordinate with other internal departments, client and installer.
• d) Attend to walk in customer and calls.
• e) 5 working days week.

Qualification of candidates

• a) “O” level and above.
• b) Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
• c) Basic computer skills like Excel and Words.
• d) Sincere and serious and good working attitude.
• e) Ability to communicate with people of all level.
• f) Long term employment. Not interested in short term candidate (less than 1 year).
